All's fair in Love, War and Politics!

The recent verdict of supreme court that nullify 112 licenses of 11 comanies of telecome sector, is historical in many ways. These companies were allotted spectrum in 2008 when former telecom minister A. Raja was in power. This decision not only drew the right picture of corruption prevailed in the Indian system, also the ground reality of two leading political parties of country. Ironically Congress and Bhartiya Janta Party, both are playing heinous game over decision, instead of taking a lesson.
Congress is busy in resurrecting its image saying that BJP should apologize to country. And BJP got opportunity to curse congress. In fact both are guilty.
The verdict not only accused former telecome minister A. Raja, but the whole system of allocation of spectrum, first come, first served. BJP developed this system in 2003. Congress followed it and allocated 2G Spectrum to near and dear at cheapest cost ignoring all the rules and regulation. BJP is accused of developing such dubious system and Congerss for following. No one is innocent.
CAG submitted its 77 pages report to government on 2G Spectrum on 25th of September 2010 estimating 1,76,645 crores loss to government in spectrum allocation. This was one of the biggest scam of Indian history. UPA government rejected report knowing everything. HRD minister Kapil Sibble asserted that government had no loss in 2G Spectrum allocation. Janta Party president Subramanyam Swami wrote to PM to get registered a case against A. Raja. But government shelved the matter for kept waiting.
Now the Supreme Court had stamped on it and the very HRD minister Kapil Sibble now blames BJP asking apologize to country. It has been cleared that only A. Raja was not behind the scam. Prime minister Dr. Manmohan Singh and Union Home minister P. Chidambram are guilty equally. BJP and Congress should have taken a lesson form verdict. Both are loosing their faith. How the public can rely upon both. But nobody cares public. As all's fair in politics also like love and war...........?
